Welcome to Deskie! By using our application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Deskie provides an AI desktop companion. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the service. You may not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

You also grant us the right to use the screen name, username, or profile associated with your User Content in connection with our public display or promotion of the content.

Deskie is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
