How Do I Let a Character See My Screen?

In the desktop app, ask the character something like "Look at my screen", they will see your screen with an eye icon indicator.

If you use multiple monitors, say which screen you want them to inspect.

Is the Screen Shared Continuously?

No. Screen inspection sends one snapshot at a time. Ask again after the screen changes.

Screen inspection is available in the desktop app, not on the website or mobile app.

Can a Character Change My Settings?

Asking a character to change a setting does not change it. Use the controls described in Settings.

Can I Export a Community Character's Model?

No model-file export action is currently available on the character chat page. Add to desktop displays the character in Deskie; it does not save a Live2D or VRM model to a folder you choose.

Keep the original source files for models you import yourself. To use someone else's model in another application, ask the creator for the original files and permission under the asset's license. Access to a community character does not grant permission to extract or redistribute its assets.
